Swarovski Retail Store

Below is a video taken with a go-pro camera in the Swarovski retail store located at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets North in Las Vegas, NV. We took the project from a fully operational store to a completely merchandised and reopened store in about 54 hours. This video is a 3 minute time-lapse of that project and is a different way of looking at the process from start to finish. It took a lot of organization and hard work, but it is something that everyone involved will be proud of for a very long time. Go ahead check it out!!!!

Duncan Block Historical Remodel

Below are pictures of the Duncan Block historical remodel on Main Street in North Brookfield, MA. We completely gutted the interior of the building that was originally constructed in 1896 and turned it into offices on the first floor and apartments on the second and third floors. We also added a rear addition to encompass the elevator shaft and a new set of stairs on the back of the building. We saved and refinished the main front staircase, as well as, several of the original fire place mantels. We sanded and refinished the existing hardwood flooring and many of the existing solid wood doors. We also retrofitted the building for a complete sprinkler and fire alarm system to comply with local building codes.

Sleepy's Mattress Store Remodel

Below are pictures of the Sleepy’s Mattress store remodel on Sunrise Highway in Rockville Center, Long Island, NY. The store was open for business during construction and overall it was a six week project. As you can see, the building was in less than stellar condition when we started. We took down the old fire escape and removed two exterior doors that were no longer needed. We replaced the three rear doors and changed out the lintels as needed due to the poor condition of the existing structure. We took the parapet down that was becoming detached from the facade of the building. We rebuilt and flashed the flat roof back into it. We then wrapped the entire building in an EIFS stucco system.
